How can you make a return?

Log in with your Lavinya membership and go to the My Return Requests page.

Select your order number and the item you wish to return.

Select the reason and type of return.

Enter your name, surname and IBAN number (without spaces).

Click the Save and Continue button.

Place your invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.

Write the shipping code on the package and deliver it to the cargo company within 14 business days.
Do you need to pay anything for returns?
When using our offered return methods, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
What is the valid period for returns?
All returns must be made within 14 days of the return shipment confirmation email.
What is the return process?

After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.

If the returned product complies with the return conditions, your transaction will be completed within 10 business days.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

The time it takes for the refund amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank. It is usually provided within 2-10 business days.
What documents are required for a refund?

Fill out and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product; send it along with the product you will return.

If the order was made by a company, you must attach a return invoice prepared in your company's name along with your invoice.

Lavinya reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are sent after the return period has passed or are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Contact our customer service department and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will be amazed at how quickly we resolve the issue.
